The owner helped us take our luggage up the stairs to our room. She also offered us free coffee or tea. My husband was celebrating his birthday which I mentioned to the owner. After a good nights sleep, we were greeted with a birthday present for my husband. We are away from home travelling for many months, so small gestures make a difference. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. we also had a kettle and a fridge, which were not mentioned in the room description.sandraAustralia
